Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new vehicles while achieving individual sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Proactively generate new leads and prospects through daily sales and marketing activities.
• Manage customer enquiries, follow up on leads, and guide customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall company sales goals.
• Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiations, closing, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Provide professional after-sales service and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow and comply with company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Job Requirements

• Previous sales experience in the motor trade/automotive industry or a related sales industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about achieving sales results.
• Strong sales, closing, upselling, and cross-selling abilities.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License.
• Willing to work flexible hours and put in extra hours when required.
• Technology savvy with good knowledge of digital tools and online sales platforms.
• Comfortable using digital platforms to generate leads and promote vehicles.
• Positive attitude, hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
