We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage bookings and reservations using the hotel system
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries
• Process payments and issue invoices or receipts
• Provide guests with hotel information
• Handle guest complaints or requests professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel booking systems (guidance is provided at the beginning)
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
