What The Role Is
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager / Senior Analyst to shape and advance CSC's adoption of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and organisational innovation in support of operational excellence, workforce capability, and service improvement.
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer (CDO), the Senior Manager / Senior Analyst serves as both a programme lead and governance advisor, partnering senior stakeholders across the College to coordinate AI initiatives, operationalise governance processes, and support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
The role combines programme management, governance administration, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and implementation support. The successful candidate will help strengthen CSC's ability to leverage AI and digital technologies by translating organisational priorities into actionable programmes, governance mechanisms, capability-building initiatives, and implementation plans that deliver measurable value across the organisation.
What You Will Be Working On
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of organisation-wide AI programmes and initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with organisational priorities and achieve intended outcomes.
- Design, operationalise, and continuously improve governance frameworks, approval processes, reporting mechanisms, and implementation guidelines that support the responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies across the College.
- Coordinate AI initiatives and governance processes, monitoring adoption, implementation progress, risks, and key decisions to support successful delivery.
- Guide the evaluation, piloting, and adoption of emerging AI technologies, consolidating user feedback, implementation insights, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Provide advisory and implementation support to business stakeholders on the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve organisational effectiveness and service delivery.
- Lead capability-building initiatives, workshops, communities of practice, and learning programmes that strengthen AI literacy, adoption readiness, and responsible experimentation across the College.
- Translate implementation experiences and programme learnings into reusable frameworks, playbooks, and governance improvements that strengthen organisational capability and support sustainable adoption.
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in programme management, governance, emerging technology implementation, technology adoption, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and governance considerations, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical implementation approaches.
- Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives from problem identification through implementation, governance, and adoption.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
Additional: - Experience in AI governance, risk management, compliance, or policy implementation.
- Experience designing and facilitating capability-building programmes, workshops, communities of practice, or organisational engagement initiatives.
- Experience evaluating, piloting, or adopting emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, and digital assistants.
- Experience developing frameworks, playbooks, operating procedures, or governance mechanisms to support organisation-wide adoption and implementation.
