We are looking for a passionate Programmer to join our team and help us integrate cutting-edge AI into practical, everyday applications.

What You Will Do

• AI Integration & Development: Design, develop, and integrate AI features (such as LLM-based Virtual Assistants, automated report generation, and data analysis algorithms) into our core products like Patrol King and YAYA.
• Full-Stack System Development: Build and maintain scalable, secure enterprise-level web applications, CMS platforms, and APIs.
• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges, including offline-first mobile app logic, secure data encryption, and high-concurrency system architecture.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management team, UX/UI designers, and directly with clients (ranging from enterprise IT teams to NGO front-line staff) to understand requirements and deliver intuitive solutions.
• Security & Optimization: Ensure all systems meet extreme cybersecurity standards, optimizing database performance and API response times.

Who You Are (Requirements) Education:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience in system development (Highly capable fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
• Tech Stack Proficiency: * Strong backend skills (e.g., Python, Node.js, or PHP).
• Frontend framework experience (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or utilizing commercial AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude, RAG architectures).
• Mindset: A logical problem solver who writes clean, maintainable code. You care about user experience and are passionate about using technology to solve social issues.
• Language: Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English.
