About the Role

Are you a high-energy logistics wizard who thrives on delivering flawless, white-glove customer experiences? We are looking for an Events Logistics Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our state-of-the-art Innovation Center.

In this role, you’ll partner with Strategic Program Managers, Executive Consultants, and C-suite presenters to execute seamless, high-profile customer engagements. From managing complex calendars to staging world-class boardroom environments, you will be the driving force behind unforgettable executive visits.

What You’ll Do

• Master Center Operations: Manage day-to-day logistics, room setups, catering, digital signage, and vendor relations to ensure a pristine, executive-ready environment.
• Orchestrate High-Profile Engagements: Coordinate complex scheduling, agendas, subject matter experts, and live content changes for simultaneous executive programs.
• Deliver White-Glove Service: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Facilities teams to craft customized, high-impact experiences for global stakeholders.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Proactively spot process improvements, manage program budgets, and lead special initiative "tiger teams."

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in event coordination, executive support, or high-touch customer experience management (tech/professional services background preferred).
• Expert proficiency in business systems, including CRMs, Microsoft 365, and enterprise scheduling tools.
• Exceptional composure under pressure, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
