Job Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and prepare freight quotations promptly and accurately.
Coordinate import, export and cross-trade shipments with customers, overseas agents and internal teams.
Prepare and process shipping documentation to ensure timely shipment arrangements.
Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with regular updates.
Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate shipment records, reports and system updates.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Support sales and marketing activities when required.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Good knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
Familiarity with air or sea freight operations; experience in both is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Incoterms.
Strong communication, coordination and customer-service skills.
Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, responsible and a good team player.
Willing to work overtime when required.
