Job Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and employee onboarding
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
• Manage EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other statutory matters
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary issues
• Manage HR policies, benefits, and staff welfare
• Coordinate performance appraisal and training
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports and support management
• Supervise HR staff and handle daily HR operations

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
• At least 3 years experience and knowledge in shipping agency.
• Minimum STPM or Diploma
• Good command in English - both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Computer skills - experience with MS office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
