A senior role shaping photography production & brand governance across a global hospitality brand.
The role will be supporting a clients’ Asia-Pacific creative and content operation, bringing together strategy, creativity and production in an integrated regional model. This role will build a scalable photography and content-production network and a clearer Brand Governance framework for regional, market and hotel teams.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will lead the design, development and initial operation of this client’s APAC Photography & Content Production Network and Brand Governance workstreams. Working with the client team and specialist resources, you will build repeatable systems that improve quality, consistency, cost transparency and speed of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Audit photography and production suppliers across APAC, assessing quality, capability, coverage, commercial competitiveness and alignment with brand requirements.
Identify network gaps; source, vet and help onboard suppliers; establish assessment criteria, quality benchmarks, preferred-partner recommendations and rate benchmarks.
Establish supplier briefing processes and coordinate photography estimates, schedules and delivery.
Align photography with brand standards; coordinate usage rights, permissions and asset records.
Map briefing workflows, stakeholder responsibilities and escalation routes across client and agencies.
Create governance tools & training to support regional implementation of Global brand guidance.
Support review of photography, hotel content, co-brand, creator and publisher activity, obtaining required approvals and preserving the client’s ultimate brand authority.
Work with specialists to improve production processes, reduce duplication and build regional capability.
What We’re Looking For
Senior experience managing multi-market creative, photography or content-production programmes.
Strong supplier assessment, commercial evaluation and production-management skills.
Practical understanding of brand standards, creative review and approval processes.
Ability to translate global guidance into regional workflows, tools and training.
Understanding of content usage rights, permissions and asset-management requirements.
Strong communication, stakeholder-management and problem-solving skills.
Confidence working across APAC markets, time zones and production environments.
