Job Description

• Position Title: Resident Technical Officer
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works involving buildings, tunnels, deep excavations, foundations, monitoring instrument installation, and monitoring data collection.
• Ensure site works comply with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, and quality control procedures.
• Support construction administration and prepare progress reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities and work progress.
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve site issues while maintaining good teamwork.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an RTO, including experience supervising works of similar complexity.
• Diploma in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical Engineering, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Possess a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) certificate.
• Familiar with relevant statutory codes, site supervision requirements, quality control procedures, construction administration, and progress reporting.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and own transport, as travelling to project sites is required.
