Recruitment

* Source and recruit suitable candidates for various positions, especially Riders, Drivers, and Admin Staff.
* Post job vacancies through TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, job portals and other recruitment platforms.
* Conduct TikTok Live / social media recruitment activities when required.
* Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
* Contact candidates and arrange interview sessions.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Prepare job advertisements and recruitment content.
* Assist management in ensuring manpower requirements are fulfilled within the required timeline.

Admin / HR Support

* Maintain employee and recruitment records.
* Assist with staff onboarding and document collection.
* Maintain proper filing of employee and company documents.
* Prepare simple HR/admin reports when required.
* Assist management with daily administrative tasks.
* Coordinate internal staff activities and company announcements when required.

Social Media & Recruitment Marketing

* Create simple and engaging recruitment content for TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
* Monitor recruitment responses, comments and enquiries.

Requirements

* SPM/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Sales & Marketing or related field.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in recruitment, HR or administration will be an added advantage.
* Comfortable appearing in or conducting TikTok Live is an advantage.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident in communicating with candidates through phone, WhatsApp and social media.
* Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
* Creative and comfortable creating basic social media content.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
