Responsibilities
About the Role
YES LEMON
is a fast-growing handcrafted lemon tea brand in Singapore. We are looking for disciplined, responsible, and hardworking Baristas to support our daily store operations.
This is a hands-on operational role that requires physical stamina, speed, and strong execution ability. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
Prepare handcrafted lemon tea and specialty drinks according to company SOP
Perform manual lemon punching (core requirement of the role)
Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation
Minimise errors and drink wastage
Customer Service
Serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
Handle takeaway and delivery platform orders accurately
Manage peak-hour crowd efficiently
Store Operations
Perform opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (SFA compliance)
Replenish stock and monitor ingredient levels
Keep workstation organised at all times
Requirements
Comfortable with repetitive lemon punching task
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined
Able to handle pressure during peak hours
F&B experience is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
