Job Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across multiple business functions from initiation through to completion
• Work closely with project leads and cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and progress closely, flagging risks and delays early to keep everything firmly on track
• Prepare clear and well-structured project documentation including plans, status updates, meeting minutes, and progress reports
• Coordinate seamless communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to maintain full alignment throughout
• Track project budgets, resources, and expenditures to support accurate financial reporting and effective cost management
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, record action items, and ensure timely and thorough follow-ups
• Identify project challenges proactively and contribute practical, solutions-oriented ideas to keep all initiatives moving forward

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Training will be provided

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
