Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join the team

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated testing solutions, maintaining test frameworks and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
  • Create and execute functional, regression and integration testing.
  • Analyse requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
  • Identify, reproduce and document software defects.
  • Work closely with software developers and technical teams to investigate and resolve defects.
  • Maintain and improve existing automated test suites.
  • Analyse test results and provide clear reports on software quality.
  • Support continuous integration and automated testing processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and recommend improvements to testing practices.
  • Ensure software releases meet defined quality standards.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and cross-functional discussions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation coverage.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with one or more of the following automation tools:

  • Appium
  • Cucumber
  • Selenium
  • Playwright
  • Katalon Studio
  • Eggplant

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience in QA automation.
  • Practical experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Good understanding of software testing methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Experience in functional, regression and integration testing.
  • Strong defect analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
