HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Location: Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500/month
Employment Type: Full-Time

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales and building customer relationships.

You will be responsible for finding new customers, developing business opportunities and managing existing clients, mainly within the HORECA industry such as hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Identify and approach new business customers
• Develop sales opportunities within the HORECA market
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers
• Introduce and promote the company's fresh produce products
• Visit customers and understand their business needs
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitor activities
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with customers
• Work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or related fields
• Candidates with HORECA, FMCG, fresh produce or food industry experience will have an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in communicating with customers and conducting customer visits
• Proactive, motivated and target-driven
• Able to work independently and manage multiple customers
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an advantage

Candidates without direct HORECA experience may also be considered if you have relevant sales or customer-facing experience and are willing to learn.
