- Manage day-to-day AP, inventory and/or AR functions
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and/or processing of invoices for payment
- Ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions and bank statements
- Prepare journals, reports and audit schedules as required
- Attend inventory stock-take
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors and/or customers where necessary
- To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible for your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Accounting Oracle is an advantage
- Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude, and a dynamic team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
Education and Experience:
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 1 years’ experience in related field
