About the Role
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented
B2B Sales Executive
to join our growth team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting high-value business accounts to closing deals and expanding our client portfolio. If you thrive in a high-ownership environment, love solving business problems, and get energized by hitting targets, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline Building:
Identify, target, and initiate contact with prospective business clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-ups.
Full-Cycle Sales Management:
Lead discovery calls, run product presentations, build tailored proposals, and negotiate contract terms through to close.
Pipeline Forecasting:
Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce), track deal progression, and maintain a reliable monthly/quarterly revenue forecast.
Market Feedback Loop:
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share competitive intelligence and client insights to refine our pitch.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1 year of sales experience is prefer , but no experiences is welcome
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills—able to hold executive-level conversations with confidence.
Sales Acumen:
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and deal-structuring skills.
