Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including measuring, mixing, and portioning

• Follow recipes and instructions to produce a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and sheeters safely and efficiently

• Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards for taste, texture, and appearance

• Inspect finished products for consistency and adherence to recipes and standards

• Assist in the decoration and finishing of pastries and desserts

• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and supplies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Participate in menu development and the creation of new recipes

• Support special projects and ad hoc assignments as required by the management

Key Competencies:

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or baking education preferred

• No working experiences are welcome. Training will be provided

• Previous experience in pastry production or a similar role is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products

• Possess QC skills competency

• Familiar with basic quality control skills such as work instruction, thermometer, weighing scale, vernier calliper, etc
