Responsibilities
Provide professional & quality services to clients not limited to hair & scalp consultation/ treatments, hair
cutting, chemical works and other related scope of work in the salon
Provide appropriate recommendations and advice on hair & scalp products, treatments for customers &
upselling of products and packages
Achieve sales target and assist in boosting sales through database with existing and new clients
Upkeep prime maintenance of all equipment in the salon
Provide quality client service standards, always maintain professional etiquette with clients and team
members
Maximizing appointments for each service professional in a fair and consistent manner;
Promote Cross-service recommendations
