Job Summary

You will support daily operations by managing customer inquiries, preparing sales and purchase documents, and overseeing logistics and inventory control to ensure smooth business processes.

Responsibilities

Report daily operational updates and issues to your supervisor to maintain workflow transparency

Respond promptly to customer inquiries to provide accurate information and support

Assist walk-in customers by understanding their needs and offering appropriate product guidance

Prepare sales quotations to facilitate customer purchasing decisions

Generate sales orders, delivery orders, and purchase orders accurately to support order fulfillment

Issue purchase orders to headquarters and suppliers to maintain stock levels and procurement schedules

Manage logistics and inventory control to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock records

Prepare and print all relevant sales documents using SAP to meet sales and operational requirements
Importer and Trading in carbide end mills, taps, carbide drills, solid carbide, rotary burrs, spade drills, arbors and tool bits etc.
