Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Cook to prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble ingredients accurately to meet menu specifications
• Cook meals following approved recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Portion and present food items to meet company standards consistently
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies promptly to prevent shortages
• Clean and sterilize cooking utensils before each use to maintain hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of food preparation areas to comply with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete food orders efficiently and on time
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
• Stand for extended periods during shifts to fulfill cooking duties

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry
