Job Description & Requirements

• In-Charge of Overall Kitchen Operations and involve in cooking as well.
• Our Kitchen is located at migrant workers dormitory.
• Must fully experience in preparing South Indian authentic cuisine including prepare sweets and savoury.
• Cooking Bangladesh cuisine would be an advantage
• Able to understand migrant workers requirement as they are our main customers.
• Creative to blend and rotate menu to be more attractive and attract more customers
• Control Stock Inventory and perform cost saving measurements
• Able to identity or implement budget saving cooking
• Mandatory to follow Food Safety and Hygiene procedures and implement it on daily basis
• Ensure that food produced is high quality and the standard need to be follow consistently.
• Able to guide co-workers with good working attitude.
• Involve in train new chef or cook
• Able to performed other duties if necessary.
