• Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Process staff claims, petty cash, and reimbursement requests.
• Assist in monthly closing activities and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Job Requirements:

• You will be required to work at our Bukit Tinggi Klang office for approximately one months before we relocate to Sunway Square,
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Mandarin speaking ability would be an added advantage, may need to liaise with our HQ in China.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Available to start immediately

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9.00am to 5.30pm
