Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead recovery/claims for infra / rail / rail systems projects. Work closely with the Head of Projects. Join a major listed main contractor with strong order book.

What You Will Do

  • Protect financial outcomes for mission-critical rail infra / rail networks.
  • Cost recovery through EOT and Prolongation.
  • Successful financial outcomes using CIPAA 2012 adjudication proceedings.
  • Defend back-charges during the critical Testing & Commissioning phase.
  • Issue NOCs and NODs to preserve contractual rights.
  • Manage complex interfaces between civil works and signaling.
  • Commercial operations for high-value subway/subsurface packages.

Experience You Need

  • Post contract, claims, commercial contracts experience
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying with 15+ years experience.
  • Senior Registered Quantity Surveyor (Sr. RQS) with BQSM.
  • Infrastructure, Rail, Rail Systems experience
  • Mastery of FIDIC and Malaysian construction contract law.
