About your new role!

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) Intern focuses on optimizing CRM systems, automating workflows, and translating business processes into technical Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather user requirements for Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Map current business processes to Salesforce standard capabilities.
• Assist in configuring page layouts, fields, and workflows.
• Clean and migrate customer data using Data Loader.
• Create Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for developers.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates.

Job Requirements

• Enrolled in a Degree in IT, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms or CRM concepts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data mapping.
• Strong logical thinking and process-mapping skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms to non-technical users
• Internship of 3 months and more would be preferred
• Opportunity to be absorbed into full time employee
