Looking for a head chef to head up our new cafe (opening November 2026). The cafe is a new British/Western breakfast/brunch concept, with opportunities to add creativity, flair and a modern touch.

Key Responsibilities

• Menu Curation: Design, update, and innovate seasonal menus that align with our café’s vision.
• Cost Control: Monitor food costs, portion sizes, and supplier relationships to maintain profitability.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Staff Supervision: Train, mentor, and oversee kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and teamwork.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized kitchen.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management to align kitchen operations with business goals.

Pay: From $25,000.00 per month
