This role involves supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong numerical aptitude and contribute to our efficient financial processes.
Job Description
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial data
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and payment processing
• Maintain organised filing systems for financial documents and support audit requirements
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing queries and discrepancies
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
• Knowledge of GST compliance and Singapore accounting standards is advantageous
