Responsibilities

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales support, customer service in Manufacturing
  • Handle customer orders, inquiries, and coordinate delivery schedules.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery and sales reports for the team
  • Maintain and update accurate customer databases and filing systems.
