Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, telephone and email, and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to clarify requirements.
• Prepare and issue accurate service, technical and spare parts quotations, including pricing and lead times.
• Monitor and follow up on Purchase Orders, outstanding quotations, and order fulfilment activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales Engineering, Field Service and Internal Sales Coordination Teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
•  Monitor spare parts availability and delivery schedules to support customer and urgent machine recovery requirements.
• Follow upon service reports, delivery order acknowledgements and other relevant sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders and delivery schedules.
• Providead-hoc administrative and operational support to the Senior Sales Coordinator as required.
• The successful candidate will progressively develop technical product knowledge and sales expertise, with potential career progression into a Sales Engineer role.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Keen interest in developing a long-term career in technical sales or engineering sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Prior experience in preparing quotations, coordinating service schedules, and managing customer enquiries is preferred.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple quotations andfollow-up activities.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong administrative, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Relevant experience of sales support, spare parts coordination, or semiconductor industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders through email, telephone and messaging platforms.
