Olexo Group Hiring! Full Time Export Sales Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive to join our team and develop international B2B sales in the packed palm oil, edible oils, fats, and shortening industry.

• Identify and develop new B2B overseas clients and international markets, particularly for packed palm oil, edible oils, fats, and shortening products.

• Manage end-to-end export sales operations and maintain strong client relationships.

• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate sales contracts, and coordinate shipment and export documentation.

• Follow up with buyers from initial inquiry through order confirmation and shipment.

• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

• Proven experience in export sales, international business development, or overseas trading.

• Experience in edible oils, palm oil, fats, shortening, food products, or FMCG exports is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, shipping terms, and customs procedures.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  Experience in palm oil, edible oils, fats, shortening, food products, or FMCG exports is an advantage but not mandatory.
