We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist / Admin to support daily front desk and administrative operations in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to calls, visitors, and general enquiries
• Manage front desk operations and visitor access
• Coordinate appointments, transport requests, and resident admissions/discharges
• Handle email correspondence, filing, data entry, and document processing
• Support ordering of office supplies and coordination with vendors
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documents

Requirements

• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Comfortable handling administrative and customer service duties
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Able to work rotating shifts on a 5-day work week
