Job Description

Responsibilities

barista prepares and serves high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, and tea, while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include operating brewing equipment, creating latte art, maintaining a clean workspace, handling payments, and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Drink Preparation: Crafting coffees (lattes, cappuccinos, espresso) to recipe, including grinding, tamping, and steaming milk.

Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, answering menu questions, and delivering a welcoming experience.

Maintenance: Cleaning the espresso machine, utensils, and service areas to meet health and safety standards.

Operation

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
