Inter Island Group Hiring! Full Time Operation Management Trainee - Korean Restaurant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

• Learn and support daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, service flow, and quality control
• Assist in managing staff scheduling, briefing, and on-floor supervision
• Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Support cost control efforts (food cost, labor cost, wastage)
• Assist in sales reporting, cash handling, and basic financial reconciliation
• Participate in training sessions and evaluations throughout the program
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth operations
• Perform other duties assigned by the Branch Manager/Operations Manager during the training period

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Hospitality, Business Management, or Culinary related fields are a plus)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in the F&B/restaurant industry
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to be placed at [Insert Location/Branch]
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership potential and eagerness to learn
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Physically fit and willing to work on the floor (standing, mobile work)
• Basic computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word)
