Office & Common Areas MaintenanceSweep, mop, and vacuum all office spaces, meeting rooms, reception, and hallways daily.Dust and wipe down workstations, executive tables, glass panels, doors, and common surfaces.Empty wastepaper bins and shredder bins, replace bin liners, and dispose of office trash at designated disposal areas.

2. Pantry & Restroom HygieneWash, disinfect, and scrub all toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures multiple times daily.Replenish washroom and pantry consumables (toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels, dishwashing liquid, sanitizer).Maintain pantry cleanliness: wipe countertops, clean sinks, clean the microwave/refrigerator exterior, and prepare basic refreshments for company visitors when requested.

3. Factory Floor & Surrounding Facility SupportSweep and maintain designated factory walkways, common transition areas, and production perimeter corridors (ensuring clear, hazard-free pathways).Segregate general facility waste from manufacturing/hazardous scrap according to company guidelines. Keep outdoor entrance ways, factory drop-off areas, and walkways clear of debris and litter.

4. Inventory & Equipment Upkeep Monitor cleaning detergent stock, tools, and supplies, informing the HR/Admin department in advance when re-orders are needed. Ensure cleaning equipment (mops, brooms, vacuum machines, carts) is washed, stored securely, and kept in good working condition.Promptly report any facility defects (plumbing leaks, clogged pipes, broken light fixtures, damaged locks) to Admin/Facilities.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
