What You’ll Be Doing

Plan and execute direct leasing activities to maintain and develop new leases

Build and expand our database of retailers and prospective tenants

Conduct market, competitor and customer research

Assist in negotiating new and renewal tenancy agreements

Follow up on leasing enquiries and maintain strong tenant relationships

Attend to tenants’ queries and complaints professionally

Manage and update tenancy, rental and leasing reports

Monitor and report on tenants’ activities

Prepare e-memos for renewals and other tenancy matters

Assist in managing sales reports for retail lots, kiosks and push carts

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Certificate in Marketing, Business Studies, Estate Management or equivalent

Relevant working experience is an advantage — fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

Willing to travel and be based across Sunway 163 Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Velocity Mall and Sunway Wangsa Mall
