What You Will Be Working On
The following administrative positions are available in MOE schools:
Administration Manager
The Administration Manager leads a team of administrative staff, including Administrative Executives and Corporate Support Officers, to ensure the effective and efficient running of school administrative operations. You will supervise day-to-day administrative functions and ensure compliance with ministry policies and procedures.
Administrative Executive
The Administrative Executive assists the Administration Manager and may supervise Corporate Support Officers. You will coordinate administrative processes and support areas such as finance, procurement, student services, stakeholder management and general administration.
Corporate Support Officer
The Corporate Support Officer provides administrative and operational support for the school's day-to-day activities. You will support administrative processes, frontline services and general office operations, contributing to the smooth running of the school.
What We Are Looking For
- Relevant work experience in general administration, finance, procurement and/or customer service
- A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and confidence in using IT systems

Successful applicants may be considered for appointments in primary schools, secondary schools, junior colleges or centralised institute across Singapore. Applicants should be prepared for deployment to any of these school settings, based on organisational needs.
In addition to permanent opportunities, schools may also consider suitable candidates for shorter-term 1-year Adjunct contract appointments.
