Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Halal Executive to manage and ensure the company’s compliance with Halal requirements, standards, and procedures.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating Halal certification activities, maintaining Halal documentation, monitoring compliance throughout operations, and liaising with relevant Halal authorities and certification bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s Halal Assurance System (HAS) and related documentation.
• Coordinate Halal certification applications, renewals, amendments, and audits.
• Ensure raw materials, ingredients, suppliers, production processes, storage, handling, and products comply with Halal requirements.
• Verify and maintain records of Halal certificates and supporting documents from suppliers.
• Conduct regular internal Halal inspections and monitoring activities.
• Prepare the company for Halal audits and coordinate corrective actions when required.
• Monitor changes in Halal standards, regulations, and requirements.
• Conduct Halal awareness and training programs for employees.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, R&D, and other departments on Halal compliance.
• Investigate and manage any Halal-related non-conformities or issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Halal records, reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with JAKIM/JAIN and relevant Halal certification authorities when

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
