We’re looking for friendly, hardworking and passionate people to join our team and grow with us!
Job Scope
- Manage daily outlet operations.
- Monitor staff performance and daily tasks.
- Ensure food and service quality is maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Assist with stock checking and inventory.
- Ensure the outlet is clean and organised.
- Support and guide the team during daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B or a supervisory role
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Able to manage staff and daily operations.
- Responsible, organised and able to work under pressure.
- Good customer service skills
