Role Description The Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the sales team by handling order processing, preparing quotations, tracking bookings, and maintaining accurate customer and event records. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, coordinating event details with internal teams, updating sales reports, and ensuring all documentation is complete and filed properly. The Sales Administrator also assists with scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and following up on payments and confirmations. The role requires close collaboration with sales representatives and event coordinators to ensure timely, accurate information flow and an efficient sales process.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills for handling client inquiries and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills for managing documentation, data entry, and event-related records.
  • Candidates should possess Sales support skills, including basic understanding of sales processes and follow-up procedures.
  • Candidates should possess good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and basic CRM or database systems is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in WP, Kuala Lumpur, collaborate within a team, and maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in event management, sales administration, or related fields is an advantage.
  • A diploma or degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
