Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Executive, Talent Acquisition to support the end-to-end recruitment activities of IJN. The role will be responsible for sourcing and attracting suitable talent, coordinating recruitment processes, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfil workforce requirements effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job requisition and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and departments to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
- Develop and execute effective candidate sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, career fairs, talent databases and other relevant channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organisational needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews, assessments and selection processes with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews where required.
- Prepare and issue employment offers and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Monitor recruitment progress, turnaround time and hiring status to ensure vacancies are filled within the required timeline.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
- Support recruitment campaigns, career fairs, campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / Human Resources.
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS or recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight timelines.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
