Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost management and quantity surveying functions for construction and interior fit-out projects. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements
Support tender preparation and evaluation processes
Monitor project costs and track variations
Assist in contract administration and documentation
Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
2–3 years of relevant experience
Basic understanding of construction and costing principles
Familiarity with QS software and MS Excel
Over 10 years of experience and having completed more than 600 projects. Throughout the years, Divine Space, a BCA-licensed Builder has grown a team of more than 100 technically skilled personnel in design, project management as well as construction manpower.
Our in-house resources such as carpentry, steel and glazing fabrication allow us to furnish with the control of both speed and quality
