About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Dynamic Singapore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting all account-related matters, and identifying opportunities for account growth and expansion.
Working closely with the Global Account Manager, the Account Manager will act as a trusted partner to clients, ensuring that contractual commitments are met while proactively uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value through our services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned existing client accounts.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client engagement and operational matters.
• Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and pricing reviews.
• Monitor account performance and ensure contractual obligations and service commitments are delivered successfully.
• Work closely with delivery, operations, and leadership teams to address client concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
• Analyze account financials, contract utilization, and service performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and develop upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
• Prepare account reports, forecasts, business reviews, and renewal plans.
• Support the Strategic accounts team in executing account strategies and growth plans.
• Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and client engagement activities within CRM systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Experience managing commercial or services-based contracts.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, Technology Services, or Consulting sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in managing key contracts, account retention, and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
