Responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Executive to join our rapidly expanding company.
Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, the successful incumbent will be involved in a full suite of Procurement functions. This is a sole contributor role.
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include(but are not limited to):
Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders
Liaise with vendors for quotations, pricing, and deliveryschedules
Compare quotations and support cost evaluation
Track order status and ensure on-time delivery
Maintain procurement records, contracts, anddocumentation
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance,operations, logistics)
Assist in invoice verification and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:
At least 2-3 years’ working experience in strategic sourcing procurement in the Telco industry and familiar with mobile telecommunications network equipment.
Good educational background, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Economics or Business Administration.
Strong negotiation skill.
Resourceful in sourcing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Able to work as a team across the company.
