SAP ECC HCM Analyst

Location: Singapore

We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC HCM Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance SAP Human Capital Management processes. The role will work closely with HR/business teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure stable operation of SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support SAP ECC HCM solutions across Philippines, Malaysia, and South Korea.
• Configure and support PA, OM, Time Management and Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Manage configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with HR/business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• Strong SAP ECC HCM functional experience.
• 3–4 end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with PA/OM and preferably Payroll/Time Management.
• Exposure to country-specific HR/payroll processes for Philippines, Malaysia, and/or South Korea.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
