About the Role

For this role, you will be responsible for supporting various finance and accounting activities, including cash flow monitoring, account reconciliation, fixed asset management, audit and taxation matters, and other finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Update projected payment worksheet for cash flow monitoring purpose.

• Quarterly reconciliation on legal fee, vendor and intercompany account.

• Reimburse access fund in HDA to current account on weekly basis.

• Assist in back charge matters.

• Update and monitor fixed assets movement and perform physical sighting from time to time.

• Update notes of account after monthly closing.

• Assist in matters pertaining to taxation, internal control/audit & etc.

• Assist to issue official receipt to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Able to work in a team, committed & self-motivated.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
