About the role

Production of high-quality social content for consumer AI apps, including copy, visual design, short-form video/Reels, and AI-assisted image and video output. Film, edit, caption, and export assets independently, with North America as the primary audience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality social content for consumer AI apps, including copy, visual design, short-form video/Reels, and AI-assisted image and video output

• Film, edit, caption, and export assets independently

• Manage official channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube to increase product visibility

• Publish to calendar and support community engagement across target markets

• Research competitor consumer AI apps and high-performing creative formats in the international market to identify opportunities for our products

• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

About you

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field

• Proven ability to create social content independently, including filming or working from product footage, editing short-form video, and producing visual assets

• Working knowledge of video and AI tools such as CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Gemini, ChatGPT, or Grok, with the ability to deliver Reels, videos, and images for publication

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Genuine interest in consumer AI products and in producing engaging visual and video content for social platforms

Preferred qualifications

• Study, work, or content experience with international exposure

• Experience creating content for consumer AI apps or similar digital products

• Comfort iterating on hooks, formats, and AI-generated variants based on performance data
