About the role

Join the talented team at iRad Medical Diagnostic Centre as an Audio Typist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical reports and notes to support our network of healthcare providers across Hong Kong. Working in our modern facilities in central Hong Kong, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive timely and efficient service.

What you'll be doing

1. Transcribe audio recordings of medical consultations, procedures and reports into detailed written documents

2. Ensure high levels of accuracy in your transcription work through careful proofreading and quality checks

3. Liaise with our medical staff to clarify any unclear or missing information in the audio recordings

4. Adhere to strict confidentiality policies when handling sensitive patient information

5. Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of our medical imaging services

What we're looking for

1. Excellent typing and transcription skills with a demonstrated ability to produce accurate, well-formatted documents

2. Strong listening and attention to detail to capture complex medical terminology and information

3. Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures, or a willingness to learn

4. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with our medical staff

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

6. Experience in a similar medical transcription or administrative role is highly desirable
