In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in supporting our company's growth and development by providing a wide range of HR services to our employees.

What you'll be doing

• Administering employee onboarding, training and performance management processes

• Handling employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts

• Implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures

• Assisting with payroll, benefits administration and compliance

• Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and events

• Providing HR advice and guidance to employees at all levels

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry

• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships

• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently

• A team player with a passion for contributing to a positive work culture
