Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth training on facial treatments, skin analysis, product usage and application techniques to beauty professionals.
• Educate on a range of skincare products including cleansers, serums, exfoliants, masks and moisturizers.
• Demonstrate advanced facial techniques such as deep cleansing, anti-aging, acne treatment, lymphatic drainage massage, etc.
• Customize training methods to suit various audiences—therapists, aestheticians, and skincare consultants.
• Conduct skin consultations and teach best practices for assessing skin conditions.
• Develop training manuals, guides, videos and presentations to support education.
• Stay current with skincare industry trends, new products, technologies, and equipment (e.g., LED therapy, ultrasound, high frequency, etc.).
• Support new product launches with product knowledge sessions and technical demonstrations.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure all training follows industry hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Skincare Therapy or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a facial therapist or skincare professional.
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of different skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel for training sessions (if required).
• Mandarin speaker is advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with professional skincare brands or medical-grade skincare.
• Knowledge of holistic skincare approaches and ingredient science.
• Certification in advanced facial technologies.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
