Role Description The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bayan Lepas. This role oversees day-to-day manufacturing operations, including organizing production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet output and delivery targets. The Manufacturing Supervisor monitors production performance, implements quality control standards, and ensures adherence to safety and regulatory requirements on the shop floor. Responsibilities include guiding and coaching team members, resolving operational issues, optimizing processes for efficiency, and preparing reports on production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead, motivate, and develop manufacturing team members.
• Candidates should possess Production Planning skills to manage schedules, resources, and workflow in a high-volume environment.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to maintain product standards, perform inspections, and support corrective actions.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey instructions clearly.
• Candidates should possess Manufacturing Operations knowledge to understand processes, equipment, and lean or continuous improvement practices.
• Relevant experience in industrial automation or electronics manufacturing is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bayan Lepas, manage shifts if required, and use basic production and reporting software tools.
