Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure Vileda products are properly displayed and well-stocked.
• Arrange and replenish products such as mops, gloves, cleaning tools and other Vileda products.
• Ensure product displays, pricing and promotional materials follow brand guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Ensure good shelf space and product visibility in stores.
• Execute in-store promotions and merchandising activities.
• Check competitors' products, pricing, promotions and displays.
• Build good relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Collect market feedback and report store activities, stock levels and competitor information.
• Support sales activities and identify opportunities to increase Vileda product sales.
• Take photos and provide regular updates on store visits and merchandising activities.

Requirements

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales Merchandising, Retail or FMCG is preferred.
• Experience with household or cleaning products is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Valid driving license and own car.
• Willing to travel to different retail stores.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
